The Act establishes the Nigerian Football Association as a corporate body and sets out its objectives, governing board, council, divisions, staffing, pension arrangements, financial administration, reporting, auditing, regulatory powers, player transfers to foreign clubs, contract endorsement requirements, and security arrangements for football matches.
